RICOTTA FRITTERS WITH HONEY

 

 

250g Pantalica ricotta

1 egg

¼ cup caster sugar

¼ cup of rice flour

2 tbspns of cream

½ tspn cinnamon

½ tspn nutmeg

3 cups of vegetable oil

Honey for drizzling

 

Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth. Refrigerate.

RICOTTA FRITTERS

Heat oil in deep saucepan. Gently spoon tablespoons full of ricotta mix, 3 or 4 at a time and fry until golden.

Place fritters on paper towel to drain. Dust with icing sugar and drizzle with honey.
