2 Chicken cut horizontally to make 4 pieces

Half a cup of honey

1 Heaped desert spoon of whole grain mustard

4 slices of prosciutto

Half a cup of shredded buffalo mozzarella

Combine honey and mustard in a bowl

Marinate chicken pieces in mixture for 5 minutes

Place chicken on greased tray

Cover each piece of chicken with a slice of prosciutto and scatter with shredded buffalo mozzarella

Bake in a 165°C oven for approximately 20 minutes

Serve with salad or pasta
